We are open for tastings and purchases Tuesday and Wednesday from 12 to 6, Thursday through Saturday 12 to 9 and Sundays 12 to 6. In addition, our Tasting Room is open for cocktails Thursday and Friday from 4 to 9 and Saturday and Sunday from 12 to close. We offer distillery tours on Saturdays at 3 pm. Want to visit us another time or bring a group for a tour or cocktails? We're happy to open on other days/times with reservations, for groups of 8 or more. Get in touch with Sonja to reserve!

Tasting Room - for Cocktails, Samples and Good Times

Our tasting room is open for cocktails Thursday and Friday from 4 to 9 pm, Saturday from 12 to 9 pm and on Sundays from 12 to 6 pm. Come by and try our spirits, hear about what we're working on, and enjoy some delicious cocktails.

Distillery Tours

Want to meet our Still, Ethel, and the rest of the cast of characters that help us make our spirits? Want to learn more about the distilling process at North Shore Distillery? Then our distillery tour is for you. We offer tours on Saturdays at 3 pm, or for groups of 8 or more at other times by reservation.

Tours cost $10 per person, which includes a tasting of spirits, and typically last 60-90 minutes, depending on the number of questions the group asks.

If you'd like to reserve a spot for a tour on a particular Saturday, please give us a call at 847-574-2499 or send us an email at tours@northshoredistillery.com. We will contact you back to confirm your reservation. We recommend reservations to avoid disappointment, as the tour group sizes will be limited to 15 people. If you're flexible on day/time, feel free to stop by and see if we have openings - we often do!
