Welcome to the second edition of our NEW tasting room news. In addition to our regular monthly newsletter, we will be sending out another one with the latest goings on at the North Shore Distillery tasting room.
New Cocktail Menu
This weekend we will be introducing a new cocktail menu featuring some fresh new cocktails for spring. Here's the recipe for one that we'll be featuring:
Devil's Sundress

1½ oz North Shore Rum
¾ oz Sol Chamomile Citrus
½
oz Lime Juice
¼ oz Grenadine
¼ oz Orange Liqueur
Dash of Angostura bitters
Combine ingredients & shake over ice. Strain into chilled coupe glass, garnish with lime wedge.

We're looking for a couple more people to be part of our tasting room team and work occasional Fridays and Saturdays making cocktails and great adventures.
New Events!
Trivia Nights
On the first Friday and Saturday of each month we will be playing trivia at the tasting room from 6 to 8 pm. Expect lively, 5-question rounds of trivia. For each round, the winner will receive an entry into a drawing for fun prizes, like t-shirts, hats and more. At the end of the year, we'll have a "champions round" for our biggest winners. Last month the winners were Iain and Avis!
Cocktail Seminars
Once a month, we'll be offering a small-group seminar on a variety of cocktail topics, including hands-on, cocktail history and seasonal cocktail ideas. Our next class will be on Wednesday, June 20th at 6 pm. We'll be making and tasting some great summer cocktails! Classes will be $20 per person, and include drink samples and light bites. Email us to reserve your spot.
Tasting Room Hours
Every Friday night from 4-8, we're serving up the best cocktails on the North Shore, and they're just $8 including tax and tip. On Saturdays from 2-8, we've got cocktails, and also distillery tours, tastings and good times. Tours are offered at 2 and 4 pm.
