It's been a great few months at our tasting room, and we want to thank all of you who have visited. We are continuing to develop programs, and wanted to send out some updates on what's going on for the holiday season.
Next Limited Release - Almost Here!
We are planning to introduce and pour our new limited release on Wednesday, November 23rd at the tasting room. Join us for the celebration!

A crew from WGN-TV is joining us on Monday morning to talk about our tasting room, as well as our holiday events. Watch for your favorite distillery folk between 7 and 9 am!

Philanthropy at North Shore Distillery
Although we are small, we try mightily to contribute to our community. You may have seen in our recent newsletter that we've launched a charity partnership program. With every purchase, visitors get tokens, which they deposit in a piggy bank for a local charity. Each token is worth 50 cents to the charity. In addition, for the holidays, we will be collecting non-perishable food items for our local food bank. For each item brought in, we'll offer a $1 discount on a cocktail, tasting or bottle purchase (limit one discount per item).

Every Friday night from 4-8, we're serving up the best cocktails on the North Shore, and they're just $8 including tax and tip. On Saturdays from 1-6, we've got cocktails, and also distillery tours, tastings and good times.

SPECIAL EVENTS - THANKSGIVING WEEK
Wednesday 11/23 - Kick off your holiday weekend (or avoid those relatives) and join us from 3 pm to 10 pm. We'll have amazing cocktails, ideas for your holiday parties, and we'll be debuting our brand new limited release! Bring a non-perishable food item for the local food bank, and you'll get $1 off your cocktail!
Friday, 11/25 - You may not realize it, but we are 10 minutes from several huge shopping centers (Hawthorn in Vernon Hills and Gurnee Mills in Gurnee, to name two). Take a break from your shopping and join us - we have comfy chairs, and will be less crazed than the mall, to be sure. The schedule:
- 8 am to 8 pm - Bloody Marys for just $6, and
cocktails and relaxation all day long!
And if you bring a non-perishable food item for the local food bank, you'll get $1 off your cocktail or other purchase!
December Schedule
We'll be open on Fridays and Saturdays throughout December, and will be featuring new holiday-themed cocktails each week as well. Plus, keep your eyes out for a great pre-New Years Eve party on Friday, December 30th!
And... we're getting some new t-shirts and sweatshirts with a fun new design - look for them starting Thanksgiving week as well!
