Cocktails of the Month Monte Carlo 1 oz North Shore Vodka ½ oz Apricot Liqueur (try Rothman & Winter) ½ oz Averna Amaro ½ oz Pineapple Juice Club soda Combine ingredients over ice in a a rocks glass, stir well. Top up with club soda. Garnish with dried apricot & pineapple leaf. Think Spring 1 oz North Shore Vodka 1 oz Fresh Red Grapefruit Juice 1 tsp Simple Syrup (to taste) Dash of Grenadine (for color) Chilled Sparkling Rose (off-dry) Pour vodka, juice, syrup and grenadine into glass, stir. Top up with champagne. Garnish with one fresh raspberry.
