What's New

• Latest e-newsletter published June 20th with great summer cocktail ideas, tips on making infused syrups, and updates on our newest retail and restaurant locations
• The response to Sirène Absinthe Verte has been tremendous. We've added links to a few online reviews, and will be updating the website soon with more.
• Our next Limited Release is coming next month, and we're very excited about it (although we're still not saying what it is yet)

Tues, July 1 - In anticipation of Independence Day, why not attend the Red, White & Blue All American Tasting at Sam's Wine & Spirits in Highland Park - 5.30 - 8 pm. Weds, July 2 - All About Absinthe Seminar at Sam's Wine & Spirits in Chicago (Lincoln Park location) - begins at 7.00 pm.
Join us to explore absinthe's origins, and the controversy and rationale behind the U.S. government's ban in 1912. We'll taste our Sirène Absinthe Verte, both on its own and in some classic cocktails. Visit here for tickets.
