You have arrived at the virtual home for the first boutique distillery in the Chicago area (and in Illinois). Started in 2004 and selling bottles since 2005, we produce a range of inspired and unique spirits for your enjoyment.

Upcoming Events - See the Full Calendar

This weekend, June 20-23: Grand Tasting Room Celebration! Join us as we celebrate our recent tasting room expansion, as well as the launch of our outside seating area (Fri-Sun), with a big party! We'll be kicking off our new bottled cocktail program, andw will have a great new cocktail menu, a fun contest, mini distillery tours, and more!

Friday, June 21 - We'll be at Whole Foods-Lakeview in Chicago from 4 to 7. Stop by after work for North Shore spirit samples and great seasonal cocktail ideas.

Saturday, June 22 - Join us at Binny's in Highland Park from 1 to 4. We'll be pouring spirit samples and sharing refreshing Summer cocktail recipes.

We're open for tastings and purchases (no appointment necessary): 
Tues & Weds - 12 to 6 pm
Thurs, Fri & Sat - 12 to 9 pm
Sunday - 12 to 6 pm

And the cocktail bar is open:
Thurs & Fri - 4 to 9 pm
Saturday & Sunday all hours we're open
