You have arrived at the virtual home for the first boutique distillery in the Chicago area (and in Illinois). Started in 2004 and selling bottles since 2005, we produce a range of inspired and unique spirits for your enjoyment.

Our award winning, small-batch, handmade products are designed for the true spirit connoisseur, using the finest ingredients and the most advanced distillers' techniques. Thanks for visiting - we hope you come back often! Now, you can come see us in person, too!

Upcoming Events

Weds 2/8 - Chicago Distiller's Night at Jerry's Sandwiches in Chicago from 7 to 10 pm. For a $10 entry fee you can sample local, craft-distilled spirits and meet the amazing people who create them!

Fri 2/10 - In-Store Tasting at Galleria Liqueurs in Chicago (Wells St. location) from 5 to 7 pm

Visit the Distillery!
The distillery is open for bottle, hat and t-shirt sales Monday through Friday from 10 to 5, and the Tasting Room is open on Fridays from 4 to 8 and Saturdays from 1 to 6. No appointment necessary to stop by for cocktails or spirits tastings when the Tasting Room is open. Want to know more? How about a distillery tour - details are here.

Please note: The distillery will be closed to visitors February 2-6, as well as on February 18.
