We are OPEN for bottle sales most days, Monday through Friday from 10 to 5 pm. In addition, on Fridays and Saturdays, we open the tasting room and offer distillery tours.

Tasting Room - for Cocktails, Samples and Good Times

Our tasting room is open on Fridays from 4 to 8 pm and on Saturdays from 2 to 8 pm. Come by and try our spirits, hear about what we're working on and potentially try the latest creations, and enjoy some delicious cocktails. Each weekend, we'll feature new cocktails, staff favorites, as well as a few classics, so you'll have a range of options available for your drinking pleasure. Our tasting room team is knowledgeable about our spirits, how they are made, and the myriad ways to enjoy them.

Distillery Tours

Want to meet our Still, Ethel, and the rest of the cast of characters that help us make our spirits? Want to learn more about the distilling process at North Shore Distillery? Then our distillery tour is for you. We offer tours on Saturdays at 2 pm and 4 pm.

Tours cost $10 per person, which includes a tasting of all of our spirits currently on offer.

If you'd like to reserve a spot for a tour on a particular Saturday and time, please give us a call at 847-574-2499 or send us an email at tours@northshoredistillery.com. We will contact you back to confirm your reservation. We recommend reservations to avoid disappointment, as the tour group sizes will be limited to 15 people. If you're flexible on day/time, feel free to stop by and see if we have openings - we often do!
