You have arrived at the virtual home for the first boutique distillery in the Chicago area (and in Illinois). Started in 2004 and selling bottles since 2005, we produce a range of inspired and unique spirits for your enjoyment.

• Our all-new email newsletter came out May 23rd with some exciting updates from the distillery - we've expanded our hours and are planning a big party for June 20-23. The latest tasting room newsletter came out May 8 too.

Sunday, May 26 - Join Sonja at The Alembic in San Francisco for a fun night of classic cocktails from the Savoy Cocktail Book from 7 to 9 pm. That night, you'll also meet the amazing Erik Ellestad, who has literally made every single drink in the Savoy!

Monday, May 27 - Join Sonja at 15 Romolo in San Francisco for good cocktails & good spirits, with a special menu on offer.

Wednesday, May 29 - Sonja will be pouring at K&L Wines in San Francisco from 5 to 6.30. Stop by if you're in the area!

We're open for tastings and purchases (no appointment necessary): 
Tues & Weds - 12 to 6 pm
Thurs, Fri & Sat - 12 to 9 pm
Sunday - 12 to 6 pm

And the cocktail bar is open:
Thurs & Fri - 4 to 9 pm
Saturday & Sunday all day
