You have arrived at the virtual home for the first boutique distillery in the Chicago area (and in Illinois). Started in 2004 and selling bottles since 2005, we produce a range of inspired and unique spirits for your enjoyment.

Our award winning, small-batch, handmade products are designed for the true spirit connoisseur, using the finest ingredients and the most advanced distillers' techniques. Thanks for visiting - we hope you come back often! Now, you can come see us in person, too!

Thurs 1/26 - Cocktail Dinner at Uncommon Ground in Chicago (Clark St. location) at 6 pm. Please call the restaurant (773-929-3680) to make your reservation.

Visit the Distillery!
The distillery is open for bottle, hat and t-shirt sales Monday through Friday from 10 to 5, and the Tasting Room is open on Fridays from 4 to 8 and Saturdays from 1 to 6. No appointment necessary to stop by for cocktails or spirits tastings when the Tasting Room is open. Want to know more? How about a distillery tour - details are here.

Please note: THE TASTING ROOM IS CLOSED ON FRIDAY, JAN 20 DUE TO THE SNOWSTORM, and will be closed the first weekend in February.
